Not only would you lose 5lbs in a week, but try 5kgs. In 3days (kgs. IS WAY bigger than lbs., yes?).
And if you're not careful, i bet you're arse you can lose your life too... hehehe.
Take 1tablespoon of sewer water after meal 2x in a single Day for a day only...
Betcha, you WILL lose all those unwanted weights. Hahahahehehehe!!!
Just either eat only salads without bread or anything else for 2 weeks, or go on a full yoghurt diet for 2 weeks.

Another vote for Paleo. Search on Tim Ferris 4 hour work week blog, there is some very good information there about loosing weight quickly and safely. His routine even includes a cheat day a week where you can eat what ever you want!
