anyway, update lang. nag sugod na ko og try og train niya and so far kuha na niya ang sit and come here, though di pa jud ingon super na niya kalearned pero okay ang progress, plus he's getting very disciplined, iya jud huwaton mo move ko before siya mo walk basta mag laag2 mi, mo stop ko molingkod siya.

Concerned lang ko sa iyang weight gud, most of the huskies ako nabasahan about sa net kay at this age (2 months) kay naa na sa mga 10+ lbs, whereas kani si Midnight, 8.6 lbs palang. I'm a bit worried na basin underweight siya. plus he has, in my opinion, an abnormally large belly. Bro, if I'm not mistaken, you just got the puppy? It's not uncommon nga "tapulan" or "kalma" ang puppy when first got to their forever home. They're shy and trying to adjust to their new environment. I had a husky before, yes, they need exercise jud. For now until you puppy has all the vaccine shots, anha lang sa gawas ipa lakaw ug play kay basin matakdan pa ang puppy for diseases. Pups gets tired easily anyways. Once he completed all your pup's shots, daily long walks necessary and make them tired. They are born to run for a thousand miles as this breed was originally used as sled dogs. I'm not familiar with BOW WOW dog food but based from the comments here, they seem unhappy with this food. Someone has said that one of this dog food's main ingredients is corn ... every dog owners shouldn't buy a dog food that main ingredient is corn. It's unhealthy and can cause allergies. I recommend feeding your dog that has no ingredients of corn, wheat or soy since they are the main reasons of allergies in dogs. Since you have a husky, it's recommended to get a healthy dog food that prioritize nutrition. You need a healthy-looking and nice coat pup especially for husky. I recommend Taste of the Wild High Prairie Puppy Formula.

Nag visit mi sa vet ganeha, ni ana ang vet nga naa daw siya Amoebiasis, mao daw wet iyang stool. Ni ana ang vet nga ilisan pud ang bow wow na food niya kay bati daw na nga quality. gi gaan mi niya og list of low quality dog foods nya gi resitahan pud mi og tambal para sa iyang amoebiasis. twice a day 2.5ml per intake for 7 days. amo siya dal'un next week monday napud sa vet for another check up. hay salamat na relieve na tawn gamay akong fears pero, mejo weird lang jud kay dako2 jud siyag tiyan! hahaha sge lang, monitor lang sa for now.

Me again, nagkaproblema najud ko, ever since nag take siya og metronidazole (flagyl) ni decline jud iyang appetite nya mag sige nlng siya og katulog, yesterday ang iyang nakaon was less than half of that atong time na wa pa siya sa medication. Though loss of appetite nakalista jud as side effect, di sad siguro to the extent nga halos di na mo kaon among puppy.

Anyway, duda namo it's the dog food (Bow Wow Puppy Chow). ganeha we tried feeding her pieces of meat kay naa may ga bday (lechon, chicken and some fish) and perte jud niyang kaon. amo gi mix gamay ang food sa iyang dog food and nikaon siya gamay sa dog food pero gi hagpat niya mostly. Pag abot namo sa balay nalibang siya and his stool was firm! not exactly solid jud and dry pero naay shape, di parehas gahapon na SUPER kaayo kabasa nga close na sa consistency of water.

Ako e try consult sa ako parents and iyang vet, pero gusto ko mo switch to natural home-cooked meals para niya. murag nabwesit na ko aning dog food2 samot pa kay naa ko sa Palawan karon, and frankly the pet shops diri stock sh!t for dog food.

Kinsa na naka try og feed og home-cooked meals sa ilang doggies? Particularly Siberian Huskies and if naay nakasuway, Husky pups? I've read na boiled chicken with rice is ok pero I've yet to try, nahan lang ta ko og input from other husky owners.

i dont give my husky table food kay dali ra madaot iyang coat niya mag kalibang siya, and i've tried home cooked food pero someone told me nga home cooked is good pero ayaw nlng pd nga mao imu i feed niya permi kay you cant get all the nutrients and vitamins needed sa imung puppy sa imu g make. ako home cooked before was mixed with my dogfood, i used sawdust+dogfood make sure lang ang sawdust imu g wash ug g boil daan to make sure walay mga bacteria and to make sure walay sharp ug hard objects nasagol sa sawdust. kapoi gyud mangita ug dog food nga nindot labi na first time nimu ug labi na husky kay super pilian na sila ug food. haha better gyud dog food ka boss labi na puppy pa imu husky and i think much better premium quality na puppy dog food para at least nana pd ang vitamins needed sa imu pup and if nahan gyud ka mu dako imu pup. first time i had my puppy i was using cheap dog food pero with vitamins, until naka realized ko much better mu palit nlng atung premium kay almost same ra ang price if imu subayun and nindot gyud siya ug effect haha (BAHO lang kaayu ug tae) haha pero mag expect gyud ka nga mahal2x gyud. niya after if adult na siya you can switch na to cheaper dog food. ako before kay daghan napd ko g suwayan ug g agian nga dogfood haha. pero if your not planning for the expensive quality try daw beefpro puppy nga dog food boss, haha almost all ako kaila mao ila gamit and also ako adult sibe mao pd g use.

also before nimu i walk imu pup boss make sure lang complete na siya ug shots and dont try to over exercise your pup since baby bones pana sila and kuyaw if ma unsa. and also even complete na iya shots ayaw lang gyud ug kompyansa boss kay a friend of mine iya pup na igo ghapun bsg complete na ug shots.

can i ask pd boss where you got your sibe? haha and kinsa owner. also the names sa dam and sire if ok ra. haha sayang dili nako makita pics nimu boss.

diri lang nako ibutang kay kalimut kog include pag type jud nako originally, first dog ni nga hands on jud ko sa pag alaga, our family's had dogs before pero bata pa kaayo ko to care much. karon mejo guwang2 naman nya naa nay buot, ako na main nag alaga sa among baby.

Thanks for the reply boss, mu switch najud btaw mi to nindot na dog food. I think nasakit or naglain iyang tummy/lawas sa bow wow kay nag water retention siya nya ni burot iyang tummy. luoy tawn kaayo akong baby. ning adto mi sa vet and gi gaan siya og vitamins, gi gaan mi og diuretic and gi kuhaan siya og blood to check for any infections or complications. tomorrow morning pa namo makuha ang results kay closed na ang lab by the time nakuhaan siya og blood.

Right now he is urinating a lot and eating a lot better (palit mi atong pedigree ground beef nga delata) and hurot2 sad jud niya iyang food oi. He's getting his energy and lively spirit back which is good pud. and he's chewing my tsinelas again!

wa man gud diay mi nagkasinabot sa among napalitan sa doggy namo, ang iyang gi sulti is temporary lang ang bow wow while di pami kapalit sa Beef Pro Puppy na iya jung food, mao diay nagka diarrhoea siya the first few days. and I've read up sad na bow wow causes urinary problems in some dogs? basin jud ang iya tong bow wow. so far so good man sad. bago ra siya ni pupu and he's urinating A LOT.

haha, took me a little over an hour to type this, langas na kaayo, mubalik sa pwesto, taud2 lakaw nasad then balik nasad. haha

EDIT:

Anemic diay among puppy. He has low platelets and anemic siya, ana si doc nga blood parasites daw, it was something like ticks daw kuno or kuto2; not sure kay wa man ko nikuyog adto sa vet, nikuha raman og tambal and supplements si papa.

Gi gaan siya og bagong antibiotic for the parasite and stop na mi sa flagyl. On top sa multivitamins niya karon, naa nasad siyay Ferrous Sulphate (Ferlum) para pang treat sa iyang anemia.

update lang:

after 3 doses of 10mg Furosemide (Diuretic) his tummy size has gone down significantly! sguro I'd say a 20 to 30% reduction! Daghan nuon kaayo siya og wiwi and mag sge ko og mop, pero ok ra as long as his tummy is getting smaller. Plus he's getting his energy back, sugod nasad og tangag sa bisag unsa na pwde niyang matangag hahaha. balik mi sa vet later to get his blood test results. mayta wala ra oys

here's before and after pics niya, the one nga dako siya og tummy was taken yesterday at around mga 2-3pm and ang karon is around 11:40am. Di nuon kaayo ingon klaro kayos tanan if mag hapa siya, pero mas klaro jud if magbarog siya, both from the side and top.

Hi Boss! Huskie are known to be picky eater. dili gyud na sila mukaon if di nila feel. another thing, once a dog is in heat more chance gyud na di kayo sila mukaon. anyhow. ayaw lang kabalaka kay once sakto ang exercise sa imo husky maosab na iya appetite.
