Reporting directly to the Sales & Customer Service Manager, your task will be to provide excellent customer support and to give resolutions and responses in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, the position requires you to receive orders from customers, update essential information into the database, follow-up pending issues, assist in documenting customer service processes, and handle special projects. Demanding excellent communication skills and proficiency in fulfilling tasks simultaneously, this role is the vital link between the customer and the company.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years customer service experience.
- Must be well-oriented with Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications.
- Experience in taking customer orders over the phone.
- Experience in documenting work flows and processes.
- Must have undergone basic phone customer service training and workshops.
Skills:
- Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries.
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Must be able to multitask effectively.
- Must have above-average typing speed/skill.
