    Default ARCTech experience

just want to share my experience. i have heard this same problem here sa istorya by one of the istoryans sad. here it goes, i called them up to ask for a price of a certain product they told me a certain price when i went there the price was changed dramatically i mean it was a big change as in gyud. i have heard about this problem so atleast this is the second time that happen so if the first one was corrected why did it happen again?. maybe just maybe it is their "MO" to attract customers. i know that management has no total control over their employees. m not going to name names but i think the management know who i am talking about or the management must know who.(wala man lain tig tubag dira and give out prices ba). so if other customers experience this or other problems even in other comp shops hope they share it out para ma correct(if management do something bout it).

jaspertang, when you called up for the prices, how many days after the call did you visit the shop? As far as Im concern, knowing ARCtech as a shop and the owner as well, they will definitely give the SRP for an item. And besides, in every PC shops, prices are subject to change without prior notification.

i had a bad experience with arctech. the lady forced me to buy an outdated gigabyte motherboard for my p4 2.4b without driver cds and bundled software. they offered to let me upgrade it for a fee of course since i was planning to buy a videocard upgrade but never heard from them since. once they get your money, goodbye. im stucked with this old 845 chipset. i could have gotten an 865 for the same price.

Opps thats a bad one, I had bad experiences too with other PC vendors here in Cebu. Do Arctech really do business like that? No good...

First of all I would like apologize for whatever mistakes we have made. I regret to inform everyone that we are not perfect either. I can assure you though that we do everything in our power to learn from our mistakes and to remedy them as soon as we are notified.

Prices are really subject to change withour prior notice. Thats just the way things are eepcially with the way our economy is going. We unforutnately do not keep stocks on some of the items that we sell so our suppliers dictate the pricing and plus the shipping costs. AS you can see there are so many variables to consider that affect the pricing. We apologize for whatever ill-feelings we have caused you and we assure you that we will do our best to avoid this problem. You can call us through our landline numbers and look for tess before you visit the shop and if possible on the same day.. 4162707/08 or 2329299. If I am at the office you can look for me. Some of my posts here at istorya are very old, so some prices could have changed drastically from the day it was posted to the day someone reads it so its better to call us for updated pricings and I will make sure to put this clause on all my posts. Our quotations to corporations are even valid up to 3 days only. Hope this helps in anyway sir.

    Thanks Ian for understanding
