1. Philippine Warranty – All units with NTC sticker or a special logo from suppliers are covered with 1 year parts and labor for free when diagnose or brought to their respective service center.


2. Store Warranty – Selected units which are covered with SERVICE warranty (free labor) only. Repair or replacement of parts on the unit will be charge to the customer.


3 days Replacement:


Units are covered with 3 days replacement for factory defect. Strictly NO REPLACEMENT of unit when there are: SCRATCHES, DEADPIXELS, DUST, DIRT, DENT, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, SOFTWARE MODIFICATION, CUSTOM ROM, JAILBREAK, TAMPERED UNIT, WATER DAMAGE, AND MISHANDLING. MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.


7 days replacement for accessories.


For consideration of replacement: after 3 days replacement period customer must provide a copy of the brands service center certification as proof that the unit has a factory defect but still it must have the qualities as the above statement.
