Have you tried just peeling it off? It looks like some kind of screen protector you remove after purchasing.

experienced this with a laptop before.. my theories were humidity and/or heat/sunlight (may come from the panel itself or from reflections of sunlight hitting the panel)

I can see that when you took these pics, you have a window behind you. that may have caused it. Is there a time of the day when the panel gets hit with too much sunlight?

Nope sir, it can't be peeled off cuz its part of the inner screen na.

Thanks for the info sir. Yes, we have a window facing the TV but the light is not hitting it directly. I thought it was caused by wiping the screen with a wet towel.
Do you know anyone who would buy this? Maybe somebody who can fix this?

is your tv about 3 years old also? there are so many customer complaints about this. i guess this is a batch defect. and fix estimate is high.. murag charge to experience gyud ni padung sir. laban pud sa mga nag reklamo kay nalain kay nag sony unta sila kay known na mu last ug dugay ang product but na timingan lang gyud tingale.

same ni sa akoa tv... sige trapohan ug umog nga trapo... 19k ang ilis sa sony phils. mas mahal pa sa bag o nga led. cheers nalang ta !!!
