LG G2 vs. LG Nexus 5

I'm planning to get an LG G2 or an LG Nexus 5, secondhand.

I can't seem to decide. But I'm inclined to getting the G2.

Can somebody please share their experience with those phones? Especially those who have it already. Please and thank you very much.

Had this dilemma before. Chose the n5 due to developer support (i'm running n6 port which practically is the final version of lollipop as secondary rom) and slightly smaller screen. Was able to use the g2 for a while it's also really good. It has a better camera, better screen IMO, and way better battery life.

Performance wise both are more or less the same.

Thanks man! The G2's 3000 mAh Battery is really nice. I think I want to get the G2 because of the slightly better battery and camera. I hope my budget permits. For software updates, I plan to root it and install a custom rom. So far, there's a lot of developer support in XDA. I'm looking for secondhand ones right now. When I get it, I'll tell you how it goes.

yeahp it's developer support is not that bad either. while i was using the g2 i also used a custom rom that was ported from the G3. nindt sad jd kau. especially interface-wise. everything that was on the g3 was on the g2.

and as soon as the official android 5.0 goes out i'm sure the developers will work on it too.

i've used both device. both really good, but battery life exceeds on the g2..

Do they accept your Nexus 5 for repairs in the LG service center here in Cebu?

N5 on Lollipop preview user here. i choose N5 because google's nexus devices are the first one to get updates.
