Getting a tattoo

Nag plano koh magpa.tattoo but before anything else, I need some information before getting one because I have no idea or whatsoever about tattoos.
First question, naa'y tattoo na dili permanent? (I know naa'y hena but dali rah ma.tang2x) What I mean is murag siya og in between sa hena and tattoo. Dugay ma.tang2x but not permanent.

If naa, unsa tawag anah nga style? Aha pwde magpa.tattoo og inganah?
