Gisendan mi ug registered mail last time to apply for an RCBC instacard. Kung pila imu time deposit mao pud ang credit limit nimu. Wala mi gidayon... Akoang kwarta naka-time deposit ug pila ray interest human maoy ilang ipautang sa akoa ug dako na dayon kaayo ug interest. Wala sila kuyapi. Imu giutang ang kwarta nmu.
