Looking for Sys Ads and Sys Ads Manager. Rate to be discussed during interview. Final interview will be with American client.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have advance knowledge and experience on the following:
Exchange 2010 and 2013 Administration/maintenance (DAG better)
DFS (Administration/Maintenance)
Lync 2010/2013 Administration (not compulsory)
Sharepoint 2010/2013 (not compulsory)
Hyper-V cluster
Cluster
MS-DTC
IIS
Windows Cluster
Desktop Virtualization
Firewall policies
Microsoft Infrastructure/Networking
DHCP ( stand alone/split scope)
Proactive Maintenance
System Center, Nagios and Kaseya Monitoring

Manager requirements:
High degree of technical competence- must be able to perform the duties above and serve as technical escalation to the outsource team
Minimum of two years’ experience managing, leading, or supervising an IT team.
Will be responsible for escalations, resource scheduling, QA, process improvements, documentation, standardization, etc.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to clearly explain complex technical issues.
Occasional travel to the US (initial 2 to 3 month travel is required)
Experience in an ITIL based Service Desk or ITIL certification is a plus
