House for Rent (at least 1 year)

My friends are looking for a house to rent long term.

Their specifications:

- at least two bedrooms
- a front lawn and a backyard
- can bring in two cats
- near to a shopping mall or center
- jeepneys and other public transpo readily accessible.
- preferably has a car garage
- preferably in Cebu City, but other locations will be considered
