the question is: why some senators do not deserve winning senators last elections?? The people have voted on them...

Fo rme, the top 12 are very deserving because they are qualified as senators, no matter which political affiliations they belong. Why I said that? It's because they were no actors, actresses, etc. who made it to the top 12. It is better having a Gringo Honasan (although i did not voted hin), Trillanes, Cayetano, etc.. than having Cesar Montano, Richard Gomez, Chavit Singson, Tessie Oreta in the top 12.
