well... it's about time! let the congressmens/womens do their real job - that is create new laws or change existing laws... that is their #1 job... and don't forget, we the people will be the one who has the last says if new charter change be implemented or not...

Presidential system didn't work for us. I want to experience what Parliamentary-Federal form of government can do for our country.

I think the the required members of the Consultative Commission will soon be completed. Having it composed of different sectors and experts will greatly help in the drafting of the charter.
