Daily Task
· Operate chiller, pumps and fans.
· Hourly monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment and accessories particularly chillers and pumps.
· Conduct a monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment, especially those in the air-conditioning and ventilation.
· Conduct minor repairs, adjustments and calibration to equipments according to building operation requirement.
· Routine check up of equipment, check for any leak, loose parts, electrical wirings and moving parts. Lubricate as required.
· check piping system for valve and connection leaks
· Report for any abnormalities.
· Log in all data pertaining to energy utilization.
· Attends to tenants job request and other emergency job whenever necessary.
· Perform other tasks as may be required.
Monthly Task
· Cleaning of external surface of equipment, air filters, strainers and equipment room.
· Assists in the control of requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment.
· Routine inspection and control of all areas of the building.
· Check tightness of bolts, belts, wiring termination on every equipment.
· Check and clean sensors, transducers and gauges.
· Inventory and control of spare parts and tools.
Requirements:
· Male/ Engineering or Technology graduate
· At least 5 solid years experience in the operations and maintenance of high rise building equipment and facilities.
· Specialization in Building Aircon operations
· Willing to work on a shifting schedule
· Can start ASAP
