guys ask lng nya ko i have been using Heinz ACV as part of my diet regimen but people keep telling me to use unflitered BRAGGS apple cidar vinegar.. problem lng di ko kibaw asa ni siya ma purchase diri cebu.. Any tips kibaw mo asa ni cya commonly ki sell?

wala na sa S&R last time nag ask..naa na sa healthy option sa ayala or sm..sa robinson talisay kita ko didto sa may grocery og sa gaisano tabunok.

raw-unfiltered, naa nakabutang label na "with the mother" ....naa nay culture sa good bacteria, probiotics, mao mas okay gamiton kaysa dili raw.
