Help in building PC (will be purchasing parts in Makati area)

Mga higala, patambag ko unsay nindot na build for a budget of 28k to 30k:

Intel
-I can start with i3 and will just upgrade to i5 or i7 in the future, or if we can have an i5, the better.
-Motherboard that can be used for i3 and still be used when I upgrade to i5 or i7 after a year.
-I’d also like to check if I can still use my Radeon HD 5570 for the new set-up, if not, what's the best VC for this build?
-x2 4GB RAM

OTHERS:
-Raidmax Helios or Raptor Case
-Corsair TX Bronze 750W or similar

Uses:
-Photoshop(priority), 3D Software like Maya & 3DsMax, Corel Paint.
-Games: GTA V, LoL, Assassin’s Creed, etc.

Note:
-I already have monitors, dvd drive, hdd, etc.

-Intel Core I5-3470(3020GHZ)
-MSI B75MA-E33
-8gig Mem but I will add another 8gig in the near future.
-Asus GTX650 E-1GD5 1 GB GDDR5 128BIT.

Plus mo gasto pa ko for a Raidmax na case and PSU nga 600watts siguro.

Please note nga wala jud koy kalibutan aning PC building, naa ra ko gamay idea unsay mga gamit kada parts.

overkill ra mn kaau imo plan nga 750w PSU boss if wala ka plan mg SLI ug cards in the future tas imo ma save hapak sa imo VC, need ka ug much powerful vc than your current one, go with i5 nalang daan and add more rams since png photoshop mn kaha ni nimu atleast 8gb and much better if 16gb

Suggestion rani nako ha, pero invest nalang pud sa 500-600w nga true rated PSU para di ka mag mahay .

and since online man ka ug wala ka laing ubrahon karon,

your going to need all the processing power and ram you can get..
get a 500W 80+ rated PSU from any brand (Silverstone, FSP), just get the cheapest possible
get a cheap Matx Case (Silverstone PS0 - 1800 (or any at this price range) airflow is important
use your old HDD as of the moment and invest on a faster one later..

@thegoon - Sure no plans on upgrading I would suggest try go to higher PSU. . . kai kung mag upgrade ka ug VC. . . or do SLI. . . PSU will be a Major thing. . .Kai naa raba jud tai sakit nga DLI MAKUNTINTO. . . so basin mu upgrade ka ug VC. . .so better get better PSu. . . pro kung sure nka nga dli ka mu upgrade ug VC. . . then go on. . . eheheheh!

ok nana imu i5 proc palit lng ug cooler nga maayo sir kay init na inig rendering nimu.
imu mobo ilisi ug asusH77 (ayw lng pg z77 ky taas ra)
16GB ram dritso sir
kun duna ka budget sa VC mas maayo at least 256bit (kana ti)
ang imu PSU ok na 500w or 600w 80+

note! adobe AE, PhotoshopCS, maya, 3dmax, Poser: kinahanglan tas-i jud imu RAM, VC, ug Processor ana sir.
