Job Summary:


  • Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
  • Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
  • Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources


Job Qualifications:


  • At least 6 months of CSR experience
  • GOOD English Communication skills
  • High School/ College Graduates/ College level
  • Fresh Graduates with above average communication skills are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
  • Willing to work in Cebu City
  • Can start work immediately
