    Default Everybody against Flouride

People should know the truth why fluoride is added to drinking water in some countries and in almost all toothpaste around the world.
There's a website with information for everyone to understand, that is

    The Girl Against Fluoride.

Related activities around the world are in progress.

From personal experience, the moment (last year) my family stop from using products (toothpaste) with fluoride - wagtang pud ang tooth problems. The way I understand it, the main problem sa ngipon is acid, to neutralize the acid is to use an alkaline solution. The most common alkaline product that is always in the kitchen is rock salt (not the iodized salt - we don't use it anymore and will never recommend it for any use), next is sodium bicarbonate. At first sa wala maanad di gyud dali mag change ug pamaagi pag limpyo sa ngipon but later on maka adopt ra gyud ug ma amazed nalang ka sa effect.

Other than the logic on what is an effective way for cleaning our teeth, the primary reason that I have to take action is upon knowing sa effect of fluoride sa atong panglawas labi na sa utok and I don't want that to happen to me, my family, friends and any being. It is about time to share this information aron mapuslan.

    baking soda is sodium bicarbonate.

Lahi pud nang baking powder ha, di na sya baking soda lang so di angay gamiton labi na ang uban nga klase naay aluminum, samot di angay gamiton.

Pwede ra na bas-on gamay ug tubig aron mahimong paste.

Mas limpyo ug agi than the usual toothpaste.

There are essential oils nga pwede masagol sa paste, mangita pa ta.

Barato ug sayon ni nga pamaagi pero very effective.

    Yup agree,
fluoride in other countries liquid waste disposal is limited
    at around 1-1.5 mg/liter.

    Nice info..

I somehow agree. It could be a strategy..
    maybe, just maybe..
balik-balik sila convince sa consumers nga
use jud ta toothpaste to cleanse/whiten our teeth.
    li'l did we know it's a brainwash..
since we continue to use the product
which actually all the more damages our teeth,
the more pud ta gi-convince that we should
    use it for prevention kuno.

    Nice one TS
I might save expenses after switching to rock salt
