I recently went to one in IT Park called KK Restaurant because owner comes from Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia.
The food was ok but variety lacking a bit, but the owner said if I call ahead, they could prepare the other Malaysian dishes such as Hainanese Chicken, Curry Laksa, etc.
The other 2 Malaysian (sort of) restaurant I'd been to and was quite nice are:-
. Spice Fusion - no complaint at all, it's definitely excellent. It's not all Malaysian, but has dishes from Malaysia, Singapore, Asian Chinese, etc. All my friends love it!
. Rosa Marina in Mepza next to Krui Thai - also quite nice!
Don't know any other ones.
asa ni dapit ang spice fusion?Originally Posted by monsi.nani
Spice Fusion sa Banilad Town Center. For booking, no. is 344-2923. It's good idea to book ahead esp if you want a table inside the restaurant, and during dinner hours.
Don't think it's opened for lunch, it didn't used to but don't know now.
Enjoy!
pwd ask sa expenses?like how much ang magas2 each person? kay nangaon mi sa may i.t. park gai kana tapad sa korean resto wa mi lami.i then ila service kai wai au..
At Spice Fusion, for 2 persons, you can spend from 500 and up, depending on what you order. They have seafood dishes that could cost quite a bit, but their food is definitely good. One of their appetizers is the Roti Chanai and it's a roti bread that comes with a yummy curry dip and that's only P80 (used to be P60) - this is a must try!
you'll be disappointed if you are looking for an authentic Malaysian cuisine but if you only crave for malaysian taste (e.g. curry with coconut milk) then its enough to savor your mouth with Malaysian taste. Dunno if they serve a sambal.Originally Posted by monsi.nani

try their stir fired bihon and steam fish.
the owner was nice enough to give us complimentary oyster cake after our meal. mao ni bayad sa pag advertise nako. hehhee
dba halalng mana mga malaysian foods?
I can't say the best though but payts ra na restaurants are
Banana Leaf in Ayala
Spice Fusion in SM
They're not exclusive on Malaysian cuisine though
but these restaurants merged some of the Asian
cuisine in one place![]()
