Ear Candles - Beneficial in the treatment of sinusitis, nose and throat congestion, headaches, Ear candles are an ideal relaxation treatment for stress or anxiety related symptoms, and also soften the earwax for easier removal.

Steps on how to use the ear candle
A. Lie down on your side and relax. (Turn on soft, relaxation CD) Keep hair away from the ear towards the back of the head.
B. Light the ear candle on the other end (insert the other end with the indicated line right into the ear gently.)
C. The user will experience a slight buzzling sound during the process.
D. Remove the ear candle when the flame reaches about 1 inch above the line.
E. Extinguish the ear candle into a bowl of water placed beside the user before the process.
***Handle with care. Always have another person to hold the ear candle or to look-out for the flame during the process***
