If it's "Sony-exclusive" games then in no particular order:

Twisted Metal series
Suikoden series (except Tactics tho)
God of War series
Fumito Ueda's "ICO" and Shadow of the Colossus" . . .well, technically it is considered a "series" right? hehehe (this is probably why I can't sever ties with Sony yet)
David Cage's "Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy" and "Heavy Rain" (same reason as the above-mentioned game)

Although David did make a game on the DC called "Omikron" tho. . .Hmmm, I guess I'll let that one slide
Anyone saw that PS3 "Kara" teaser last year? Man, that got my attention.

and I'm still waiting for The Last Guardian when it releases on 2050.

It's just sad though, because these games are already dead.

Mao na so far sa akong nahinumduman, but my best series wala sa playstation console ug until now wala pa ang 3rd installment sa series to finish the story....sa Sega Dreamcast sya na console....then later the game was ported to original xbox...Posible sya irelease sa psn, hopefully so makaduwa ko ug balik ani sa ps3...the title of the game is Shenmue.For me this game is the best before & until now...

my favorite series would be the Tales Series (Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Eternia, etc.)

i fell in love with the series when i played Tales of Eternia PS1 (they changed it to Tales of Destiny 2 which made it confusing since they also released a PS2 game with the same title)

till now i'm still playing Tales of Destiny via Emulator on android (para on the go) and Tales of the Abyss via PS2 Emulator on PC (reason is that the game would not play if usb gaming on the PS2 console)
