suggestion on this setup

Im trying to help a friend build a new PC. budget will sadly be about P40,000 max setup wil be for gaming mostly and will revolve arond the following setup below

Athlon64 X2 3600+
Nforce 550 chipset based motherboard (i only see MSI K9N )
2x1GB DDR667 for a total of 2GB system memory(dual channel of course)
Nvidia 7900GT 256MB 256-bit

other parts will just be standard like 17" monitor, sata harddisk, keyboard mouse,dvdwriter. for the time being, will a 24-pin 450watts or higher generic power supply sufficent? or should i really invest already a good power supply?

is there any suggestions on the above setup?
