URGENT HIRING: PAYROLL MANAGER


Job Requirements:
· College Graduate Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accountancy, Business Administration or its equivalent
· At least 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll in a BPO setting.
· At least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
· Knowledgeable in Performance Appraisal, Merit Increase, on any related employee movements with regards to Compensation and Benefits.
· He / She demonstrates diligence in seeing work through to the end and to adapt to ever-changing demands of Payroll.
· Possess good oral / written communication and interpersonal skills.
· He / She should have good analytical skills, has the ability to solve problems, can investigate issues and prevent further escalation.
· Possesses strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Willing to work in a graveyard shift / shifting schedule
