The IMEI when check online it says phone is Locked using SUN <== Proven by Nohow Y-ask
Since i am currently using SUN SIM so that is why it displayed SUN carrier in the IMEI Checker.
For the first time inserting the SIM card, the phone will display "Activation Required" meaning it is locked.
What happen is you do not need to buy Gevey SIM to unlock the phone. On the same screen where "Activation Required" displayed, you just need to have a WIFI connection nearby and just press "NEXT" then it will just activate by itself. You can also try to use Connect to Itunes, however, it is a hassle for you to bring laptop or get into Internet Cafe to connect your device for activation. But once your SIM card is accepted, you can use the phone forever even if the phone is off and when you turned back on it will not say "Activation Required". The phone will display "Activation Required" if you put another SIM card and same procedure as mentioned above you need to hook the phone to a WIFI connection nearby na FREE Pass para ma activate. That is the only issue on this phone. Still waiting for confirmation if possible ma Unlocked gyud siya, but as of now you can freely use any SIM card dire sa Philippines same as Factory Unlock with no GEVEY SIM card needed. This is the 1st time i encounter this kind of glitch sa phone. I did restore the phone basin unlock or lock gyud siya pero mao ra gihapon walay na usab.
P.S. Og ing lang unta ang mga Japan softbank na phone ok ra gyud unta kaayu nako ^^ heheh)
