Need enlightenment: Me facing a liability against a professor

Greetings

It started when I was in the peak of my frustrations with this "teacher" of mine and her methods of teaching. My mistake was instead of filing a complaint against her, i used the social media as vent.

I admit my mistakes for the instant nga nahetabo ni sha, my only excuse is that I'm entitled to my opinion and that anomaly (its a comic strip by the way, like that of a 9gag meme protest) was intended for her but not directly (I did'nt used names).

All evidences are against me, question is, what should I do to defend myself?

I thought so at first, but this was the only time I felt the gravity of the earth fell upon me with my actions. hehe I guess I'm not that strong afterall.

By the way, this teacher resorted to "printscreen and manage to print it out" (my rage post on fb) as proof, Diba sa US federal law on facebook, no infringement shall be made especially on private social media profiles? I mean, I'm entitled to my own opinion that's why I posted it on facebook. What are your thoughts on this?

She "asked" my classmate whose involved about it in a threatening gesture (i don't know if its true, it's out of my hand ) enough to spill out that rage comic is indeed intended for her. I think my mistake here is that naka among ko sa akung classmates and I can just let it pass by lying, but I didn't lie and I told her (the prof) the truth so as to save my classmate, it's like I'm guilty in a sense that I created that libelous comic strip. I just can't lie lng jd

I'm afraid if mu escalate ni sha, its like a storm cloud for my future in this school.

please do inspect whether the school has internal policy. I think they have that as basis. Whatever it is, we must be held responsible for our actions (or inactions). I also think your entire comment posted on social media will define how you delivered the message. (If only we could read that too) Basin below the belt imo comments..think before you click!

There are things you can settle without being public because you may step into another's foot. Most of these nadadaan sa mabuting usapan, if only your intention is really to help.

Well I guess i didn't think before posting it. What goes around, comes around they said.

I wish I could post it here (the strip) but I must protect my identity since I'm an anonymous individual here in istorya.net.
But to give you a hint, none of which is below the belt, its just plain comic about a 3-hour lab class and were sitting duck, the time then is spent on a separate subject matter which is frustrating and were wasting time (i.e. CCS112 ang klase then ang buhatunun kai pang HIST001, same professor *just get the analogy lng*) , also I coined her statement at that time as she was saying after class "What have we accomplished for today?" and we did nothing about the subject matter! Diha naku namugna ang comic using memes.

I don't know my grounds yet but I consulted my head of the dept. and the uncle of my classmate (nga na apil) na we have grounds daw jud. My thoughts: Seek a lawyer's advice before doing, saying, or admitting something. She could just be fishing... or not. Either way, it's best to seek for a professional advice in these things. As you mentioned, her approach isn't professional and she should lead by example. WALK THE TALK.
