    Default Question: Scheduling my exercise


    Naa ko question ba, okay ra ba mag exercise once a week nya 30 minutes twice a day?

    Kay ga exercise ko niaging mga semana, pero kuwang man jud akong schedule....

    2 hours travel one way, 4 hours travel back and forth from work to home. Mukaun pako pag abot sa house.
    Akong sleep kay 6-7 hours nlng or mas lower kay kinahanglan man sad ko makig storya sa akong pamilya pag abot sa house para social life ba

    Dayun if after wake up ko mag exercise mahutdan na jud ko oras or usahay mag cge ko sakit kay kuwang ko sa tulog, 21 years pman ko.

    So nag decide me sa akong mama mag exercise nlng me once a week, like every off nako saturday mag exercise me 30 minutes ika duha sa whole day.

    Okay ra ba ni sa health? Mas ma healthy kaha ko ani? Ma ka lessen kaha ni sa fats?(although wa jud ko fats kay tukog man ko sa ka niwang, pero ang work man gud nako kay call center, walay lihukay sa pod, murag dili manga lihuk akong muscles plus cge sakit akong pus-on if mag desme, if naka exercise ko a week after means dli ko ma desme, plus dli pajud ko dali kapuyon if mu lakaw ko gamay)

    • Much better lang guro Ma'am ayaw lang e-overuse imu body dili pud bya lalim mag-work ug call center kawat kaayu sa sleeping time nimo. Doing your exercise once a week is good at least in a week macondition jud nimo imung body. Pero if you want everyday ka maka-exercise cut the little of your time if 30 mins ka mag-exercise do it like mga 10-20 mins lang pero if dili makaya ayaw lang pugsa jud mas importante ang atong body makarest jud ug tarung. If gusto ka ma-lessen imu fats better be on a healthy diet lang and less bya imu exercise, sure ko muburn jud kag fats ana in a health way. Ako pud Ma'am ingon ana pud ko sauna the only difference lang student pako. Sayo ako class 7:30am and byahe nako padung school kay mukawat ug 1-2 hours or so ako out usually is 6:30pm sa school mutravel napud ko ug 1-2 hours pauli then dinner ko pahulay for 30 mins - 1 hour then lahos na sa gym muspend pud ko ug 1 and a half magworkout then uli mga around 10-11pm na sa gabii and I still need to do some assignments/plates/project/study and matulog nako mga 1am na so 5 hours ra ako tulog and I've been doing that mga almost 1 month and a half guro to. Gi-ignore ra nako ang mga sakit niabot nako ato na time like sip-onon ug dali, maglabad ang ulo, takigan or mahilantan. So nakarealize nako dili jud to maayu na obsessed lang ko maayu in losing fats and gaining muscles. Pero karon nahapsay napud nako ako schedule w/out sacrificing sa usa sa akong routines. Mas better siguro Ma'am isulat lang sa papel/notebook imu tanan schedule and try to manage them lang. Ako every morning bisag 10-15 mins exercise lang para macondition lang ang body nawala na akong pagkasip-onon ug labad sa ulo. Hehe! Also diay the right food you eat. Hope makatabang ni. Hehe! Nagpinamay lang ko hehehe mauwaw ta sa banggi-itan diri. Hehe!

    Thanks kau sa response, d nman jud nako makaya ang daily, so okay ra once a week nlng noh?

    let's have zumba today...after work sa ayala!!...maka.exercise pa ta..at da same tym ang 50 pesos nato nga bayad is a sort of donations para sa mga cancer patient!!

    suggestion: CHANGE GYM or WHEREVER KA GA EXERCISE.

    4hours TRAVEL just to exercise 30minutes is a WASTE OF TIME. Mag jogging nalang ko sa amoang village kung mao ni storyaa.

    asdie from exercise, tanawa sd ang imong diet. sa imong busy schedule, always on the move ka which can contribute sa imong weight loss.. huna hunaa na lng sd imong ig kaon if healthy and non-fattening.. meaning lesser carbs and sugars. more healthy drinks like fresh squeeze fruits, not mixed powdered juices. or just water

    you have 24 hours in a day. what's an hour to keep your body healthy? i'm sure, if it was watching your favorite movie, surfing the net (facebook anyone?), talking to your friend or hanging in the mall, an hour is just a breeze.

    really, there's no excuse for not exercising. if you really like what you do, you will find time for it. a healthy body is a gift to yourself.

    invest on exercise machine and have it at home. mao bitaw ni akong problema niadto, so busy with almost everything, daghan alibi nga dili maka gym or maka exercise on a regular basis. tutal, mag bayad man kag monthly sa gym, akong gipalit ug machine, inig uli nako diris balay, naa ra siya, dili nako mo travel ug mag unsa pa, bisan mag tanaw kag tv, puede kaau mag exercise. try it, it may work for you. will lang jud ug kinahanglan flexible ka
