Happy sila sa House and naBEAUTIFY nila ni...

And it's very affordable...
It's like rent to own...


But ikaw ang last "SAY" ani...

At the end of the day...
Ikaw ra'y makasulti if you will get it or not... NO one else...

No offense to DEKA pero ako dili kau ko murecommend ana nila kay dili mana sila accredited sa PAG-IBIG which means naay mga standards nga possible wala nila gi sunod which gi require sa pag-IBIG like size of drainage, roads, elevation and etc. Kung mactan inyo ganahan nga location, naay nindut na house and lot bago doul ra kaau sa main road for as low as 2390 a month maam.
