not necessarily man guro, naa may heatsinks nga nindot ug performance like noctua, or closed loop water cooling nalang like corsair h100 or h80. re your question id go for ivy bridge.

Ivy will only be a disadvantage at clocks higher than 4.5ghz. as long as wala ka ga-aim ana nga clock, no prob.

Personally, I won't even think twice of getting the 3570K... It's newer, more efficient, and runs a little faster than 2500K... Heat issues as they say is really not an issue not unless you OC like hell...
