so since you already try to insert the simcard to another phone and still the text messaging is not working,furthermore the problem is naa sa text messaging on that place...

resetting of the phone will not help hence the problem is not on the phone but on the simcard it self.
better to change simcard nlang.hehehe

mao jud na sakit sa korean ts try to ask ni dave sa jtech kay puro korean iya gnote baligya iya rana ilisan ug baseband na compatible sa atoa.

ipa try ang sms center number pa change mam..basin same sa ako phone before na ilisan center number..ipa try pud lain sim ang phone basin diay maka send pud..

No setting for 2G (Korean Note is LTE)
