Good morning sir, I'm sure that is custom theme ICS, it's a custom rom for M110S, if you can see the version 4.0.4 it's only a theme.

Please clarify so that it will not mislead the buyers of your phone. With that price we can buy a LOCAL version of Galaxy S with real ICS ROM.
