We noticed that Istorya has a lot of St. Peter agents, so instead of posting the same questions in different threads, we thought we'd just create a new one which agents can respond to.
Ask lang ta mi:
1. Pwede ra lain ang mu-sign and fill up sa application form even if dili sya ang planholder? Let's say the plan is a gift for another family member (who isn't in Cebu to sign the forms).
If i-transfer man gud ang plan, ma-forfeit man gud ang insurance and money-back benefit, that's why we're asking.
Kindly explain daw mga bros and sis what would be needed in case kami lang mu-sign and bayad/impas sa premiums pero lain ang planholder.
2. In case naa ra sa balay ang haya, unsay mahitabo sa life plan? Naay cash refund in lieu of the free 4-day viewing sa chapel? Is this an option ba in case your chapels are full or too far away from the place of the deceased (e.g., Toledo or Santander)?
3. Are all plan holders given the choice as to which chapel to hold the wake? For instance, is the Imus branch only for clients with the more expensive plans or pwede ra sad diri tong nanguha sa inyong cheaper plans (like St. Francis or St. George)?
We hope Istoryan agents working for St. Peter can clarify the above matter.
... Currently paying for our own plan (36 months and running na) and planning to get another one for family members.
