No Difference... Same Price... Much better if you speak with an Agent 'coz sila ang magdala nimu sa Site of the Property and explain things on the spot while if developer rka... Sa office rka maENTERTAIN... Then ikaw na bahala muadto sa site and magview...
Ikaw ra pud maninguha ug imu sa mga requirements etc... etc.. etc...
While if naa ka agent... Naay makaGUIDE nimu what property best suit you...

pila diay na ka percentage ihatag sa agent if ever "mag-hire" ang Seller? I need to do the computations pa kung mo welcome brokers gud.
How bout sa surveyor, do you know pila sad rate? naa koy nka.sturya gud and I think nag.overprice siya ky it exceeds the lot price itself
kailangan jd na muagi sa surveyor? or pwede ra muditso sa DENR?
