    Default Unsa ka tinuod kung mupalit ug house & lot sa subdivisions....


    Mangita silag paagi na kung imo man ibaligya ang property putaktehon ka nila himo-himuan singil charges para naa pod silay slice sa inyo transaction? Mao man gud ako nadunggan sulti ba.

    I mean, naa jud siguro'y transaction charges pero reasonable pod siguro.
    You can enlist your initial agent to help you aron naa kay somebody on your side (kay ikaw gud mobayad sa iya commission).

    Kay I still dont think nga himo-himoan ra ka'g charges.

    If you think there is malicious intent in the giving of charges, pwede man na i refer sa HLURB kay sila man ang regulating body aning mga developer

    Ang usual ani boss kay ang homeowner walay bayad bayad sa mga association dues. Then inig baligya aw di gyud mohatag ug clearance ang association unless nabayran tanang mga payables. Mao siguro ni imong pasabot.

    so far friends naka transac naman ko depende gyd na sa imo brooker kong hawshaw and kana deli legit na brooker or flying by.ky . pero deli mansad tanan like sa bokker na balck and white and nice ang income.mostly karon mao gyd na process sa uban . ikaw ang maa laot sa cut and puno na money.sa ako side im in the right person and a brooker.
