He is responsible for the achievement of targeted sales and collection and maximizes territory and product potential within his/her of responsibility via efficient and effective implementation of marketing programs and activities. He/she is expected to coach, motivate and develop the field force to continuously improve their performance. As an extension of management team, it is thru him/her and his/her associates that organizational goals and policies are carried out, effectively. Hence, he/she is accountable for overall quantitative and qualitative results of his/her district.

· Bachelor's/College Degree in any field,
. 30-40 years of age
· With 2 years working experience as a District sales manager for pharmaceutical industry;
· Aptitude for sales and marketing work;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Knows how to drive and with pleasing personality
· Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
