Recruitment Specialist (FOR CEBU)

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Specialist will be responsible in building the candidate pipeline and pre-screening process and recommends highly creative sourcing ideas and strategies.
Essential Functions:
Successful source qualified applicants.
Implement sourcing tools to positively impact the company's ability to attract high potential candidates.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business Course
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of Recruitment/ Sourcing experience or any office set up preferably on sales job
Strong organizational skills.
Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment and can handle multiple task at one time.
Knowledge of multiple recruitment sources
To be successful in this position, candidate must be energetic, organized, and have great communication skills. Candidate may need to be able to juggle multiple priorities and be able to change direction mid-stream depending on the need.
