Apartment/House for Rent

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

We are a young married couple with a 2yr old baby girl looking for a house/apartment for rent. Here are the details:

Budget: 5-6k/month, since we are still starting our family (negotiable, but hopefully price not too steep for our pockets)
Locations Preferred: Cebu City, Banawa, Gorordo and Lahug areas

Room Specs:
2 bedrooms (1 for family, 1 extra room for guests - parents)
house area at least enough for us to have a dining area, sala
1 toilet and bathroom
can invite guests (specially parents, siblings and relatives)
can cook (must have cooking & sink area for washing)
can wash and hang laundry
vicinity should be safe for our family

need ko sa inyo help, Ngita ko for rent na brato lang kung pwede 1000 to 2000 lang ang rate..pwede ra outside cebu city (talisay,minglanilla,mandaue, or consolacion) ok rami basta brato lang nya with parkinganan
