I'll consider this SOLD for the moment

Anyone looking for a very good location for your pharmacy? I have a space in Tintay, Talamban just right beside Tintay Market/13C PUJ Terminal...

PRICE: 70000 (inclusive are: fixtures, showcases, computer set with POS installed) + 20000 for the one month advance and one month deposit we gave to the owner of the said building... TOTAL OF ONLY 90,000 pesos

daily income is 8,000 to 10,000 and we are just on our seventh month...

complete ang permits... you can use it until it expires... bag-o lang narenew ang mayor's permit and ang yearly registration fee sa BIR...
