HIV on the RISE in Cebu City

I have worked for (take note worked for, not work in) the Cebu City Health Department. and there are issues that still remain issues and not yet addressed. Well some of you may already have heard from the news and from some friends, that HIV is on the rise here in Cebu. here are some projected percentage of those who have been tested positive.

50% who were found positive worked in a BPO Company
30% were IDUs meaning Injecting Drug Users
20% from Commercial S*x Workers, same s*x, blood transfu, accidentals, etc.

these are not exact percentages, but only rough estimates...

so be careful out there.
