Good morning mga Bro. Naa ko blema sa akng seagate 500gb sata out of warranty sa store but with in warranty pa kay with in five years paman. I already open seagate warranty site and I already have a Order Confirmation as in ready na tanan. The problem is I cant find any specific address to where am i going to send or shipped my deffective item. naa mo idea mga Brod, asa nako ni ipa ship? Please help

try and email them nlng boss,. or try message sa kanang mga seller ug RMA na mga hard disk dri sa istorya,...

ok, naka sulay naka ani? mana nag email nako sa seagate gani cla na nagbuhat nako sa Oder number ang blema kay dugaya mo reply ni cla oi. mao ang need nako kay ang address nalang den ready for send nani.. naka sulay naka ani?

naa man nay complete instructions bro kung asa nimo i send... normally sa Manila na sa Pasay nga DHL man guro nga hub unya sila na mo padala sa Singapore.

kasuway nako ani, paspas ra raman (within 1 week), tested nako ni mao i would still buy seagate products kay maayo ilang warranty support.

Pero i double check sa imong RMA bro ha, basin na usab na sila... just to be sure... akong mahinumduman, naa man tanan steps sa pag RMA og kung asa nimo i send... sa akoa, mao nay ni gawas nga address... mao ra siguro gihapon pero best kung sundon gyud nimo kung unsa naka butang sa imong RMA...
