the intended recipient was not able to claim the money sent to him from his relatives in The USA. whats more disturbing is gidivert pa jud ang kwarta sa lain na lugar sa PInas unya didto na giclaim using false identities.unsa man ni siya,inside job nga modus karon sa money exchange (will not mention the business establishment).unsa na man lang much better na way pagpada sa kwarta if mao diay ni mahitabo??

Somebody must have gotten hold or hacked into the personal information of the Sender, thus able to obtain the Money Transfer Control Number and name of recipient. The location of the Receiver is already irrelevant since you can always claim your money at any ML branch anywhere in the Philippines. For experts, it will only take less than an hour to manufacture a valid id.

The BBB has no jurisdiction into the case as it involves an affiliate here in Pinas which is obviously out of their scope. The main focus should be on the ML branch in Masantol if they followed the standard procedure of double checking and photocopying the valid id's presented.
