Financial Controller
Requirements:
University degree in business administration or equivalent
University degree in accountancy (BS in Accountancy)
At least 8 years in in Finance / Accounting / Controlling Leadership experience
SAP experience
Preferably experience in financial analysis
Preferably experience in a fast changing, innovative environment
Hands-on mentality
Experience in starting up a (BPO/SSC) business would be a plus
Use of MS Office
Speaks and writes business language in English fluently
Responsibilities:
As member of the management team you will present the financial situation and
profit to the CEO.
Liaison to corporate and external auditors.
Achieve the optimum profit situation for taking into account the economic circumstances.
Permanently analyze and monitor the most influential factors i.e. finance aspects, costs, prices, procedures & internal processes for all functions within the area of responsibility.
Ensure appropriate implementation and compliance of accounting processes according to rules and regulations provided by the company.
Key responsibilities also include budget development and management, cash flow management and modeling, business valuations, financial and strategic planning, P&L management, operating and working capital, merger and acquisition negotiations, auditing and compliance.
