Hi! I need a PHP programmer with more than average skill. I'm a graphic artist and a web designer but I can't build a website without the help of a web programmer. So everytime I have a project, I design the visual aspect and most often the web structure and let the web programmer build it for me with all the necessary coding to make the website work as intended.
