personally, I would evaluate myself and determine on what grounds
2nd, prepare my resignation letter undated
3rd, once the termination will be served, submit the resignation letter

if not, then I will wait for my boss to talk to me personally since they are not allowed also to discuss this if you are not to be served the termination papers....

Actually I talked with my boss last night and he told me that its all rumors. But im not buying that, he seems anxious and was not ready when I asked him.

I can't be used by the company next year as my role is to plan the course of the business for the 2016.

Bro, the "management" would not talk to you about the termination if the papers is not served yet. That is for sure ka bawal na siya. They cannot even advise you to resign kay sue ang company ana. Your manager was playing safe lang by saying that it's just rumors..but rumor that needs to be proven pud..

Well, if you're planning to go into business, do ahead...but if you will be waiting for the termination papers, better prepare your resignation letter...

TERMINATED = NO SALARY/LAST PAY/SEPARATION PAY (i think....correct me if I'm wrong)
RESIGNATION = you will still be getting all the money your company owes you

Kung ang imo boss na mismo nag ingon na romors ra, so di pa gyd na tinod anay.. pero kung ako pa, mag sugod nako pangapply lain company.. heheh
