Question about land surveying without permission..

Suddenly there are Surveyors surveying my land (with title) without permission. I heard that someone(land grabbers) payed them to survey.

Can I file a civil case against them? I know that I should talk to lawyers for this but I need Istoyan's opinions..

@TS I'm not familiar with the legalities when doing a survey to a private property without the owner's permission. Seems very odd and awkward right? Murag naa jud tingali masamang balak ang nagpa survey..

Here's the deal: It's perfectly legal for me to get a Certified True Copy of somebody else's land title at the ROD. That includes the title of the land that you own..

Pasagdi na sila bai, let them survey all they can tutal dili bitaw imong gasto..

If you're the rightful owner of the property then have them arrested for trespassing. I suggest filing a criminal instead of a civil case, kay ang civil case DUGGGAAAAAYY kaayo magdaug.

Bisita-e ang ROD nya request for certified true copy of title. Kung mogawas sa certified true copy imong pangan, ikiha dayon ug trespassing. Pikyuri ang surveyor ug ang ubang kauban sa pag survey as evidence.
