House/Apartment for Rent

I'm badly looking for House for Rent:

Location: Mandaue, Consolacion, Mactan or Liloan areas only
Monthly Rental: Up to 7K only
Conditions:
1. Garage or Parking area, but not necessarily within lot, pude ra naa sa atbang sa balay.
2. I have 3 large-breed dogs na puppies pa karon. They are type na kinahanglan i-discharge ang energy so i always let them walk on leash around sa area everyday. They are trained anyways and we always follow them on their poops or pees (tiglimpyo ko sa balay ug sa gawas always). 5 rami sa balay, me, my wife and the 3 dogs.
3. Will stay sa balay for minimum of 4months, maximum of 1 year. I have a house na gikuha but next year pa mi mo-transfer.

Naa mi gi-rent karon but nagkagamay coz of 3 dogs, and wala sad yard for them to go around.
