    HELLO,

    KINSA TAMBOK NGA GUSTO MONIWANG?


    Isa nako sa gustong moniwang... the reasons,for good appearance and for my health...
    i struggle for it since i was born... then last year i started to do my part... from 180lbs with BodyMeasurement of: bust:45; waist:42;hips:43
    amnd my height is 5' only... whew... i am like a drum walking down the street...

    and now, after working it out with determination and decispline, i am now 149lbs... amazing... you too can do it...

    ikaw, tambok baka nga gusto ka moniwang?well, it is not yet too late to start and to be thin and live a healthy life...

    for me.. d no. 1 is Self-discipline lng jud......
    me from 220 lbs... and now am happy w/ 170 lbs. w/in 5 months....
    no artificial/synthetic tablets... juz a plain proper diet control... + exercise...

    dli najud ko ganahan mobalik pa og dako.... coz problema au mamalit og clothes.. huhuhuhu.. dn feel nako.. kapoy au.. pirme...

    ako pud kai 247lbs ko pero karon mga 198lbs na ko.. weeee.. ako gi buhat kai simple ra kaayo..

    ang ako gi buhat kai..

    1. avoid food that are fried, all food made from all purpose flour, rice(i change to green vegtables instead), anything with the word 'hydrogenated'. (naka limot ko sa uban pero mo update lang ko)

    2. eat six times a day and never skipping one(obviously small meals.. hehehe.. exept for the last meal kai hapit na man ko mo sleep as in very light nalang gud.. heheh.. )

    3. mag weight lifting ko 6 times a week(working on diffrent muscles everyday), mo change ko ug routine every 3 months




    note: majoirty of the people gets discourage man gud after a month or so then "walai" results then the'll look for alternate/quick remedies that dosen't work at all(ang makers lang ma lipay) but you know? it takes TIME man pud so ayaw ka discourage if little or wala kai results... even a 1lb a week is great!
