Forget that!
I had that until a while ago, as a backup.
Its worse. Skycable has always problems with their server. Very slow, high latency.
It goes first to skycable, from there to mozcom. Mozcom was always fine, helpful, but they also said that the problem is always with skycable's server...
I terminated it after a while.
They give you for 3t a burst rate of 2MB, which you never get. Average is 700kbps to 1mb, and that for 3t! For that, I get at PLDT 5MB.

Yeah, the slowest package... I had 2MB and static IP from skycable.
Maybe they upgraded already...

Edit: Here are their plans

64KBps = Monthly Charge: P690
128KBps = Monthly Charge: P890
512KBps = Monthly Charge: P999
1Mbps = Monthly Charge: P1,999
1.5Mbps = Monthly Charge: P2,999

They dont even have anymore the 2Mbps... hahaha... because their system was never fast enough to provide this bandwidth.
3t for 1.5Mbps is a little overpriced. For that, you get at pldt 5mbps

AND, its a SHARED connection!

akong plan is 1.5mb 999 for internet 399 for cable.
but before you get ask if your area is a digital box area or non-digital kay if dili digital box area get the cheapest plan and then don't use the box but connect the coaxial cable direct to your tv more channels
