Bro let me correct you lang ha,progressive lens is a type of bifocal lens that are only used for presbyopic patients/older people==a condition occur during old age.

ah ok,since its already 1yr.,you need to have /let your eyes check again with an eye doctor/optometrist since its highly recommended nga every year magpacheck sa eyes and be sure to get and keep a complete and exact info. of your grade so that you can monitor it if its progressing or not and yes a multicoated lens is recommended for the nature of task you're into.

no need to worry and be alarm kana single vision is only one of the types of lens prescription,kung over-exposed ka sa computer esp. grabeh man ug radiation ani natural mo-exhibit gyud ka anang mga symptomas,for the mean time ayaw lang sa palabi gamit sa computer kung malikayan but if dli mahimo gani at least from time to time let your eyes rest kung imo pamati sakit na kau ifocus and you need to let your eyes check na kay medyo taas2 man pud na imo grado.

Anyway, i really can't comment in lens types. I am just a patient of that clinic anyway. But I am completely satisfied with the results that i have obtained so far and i give my word for the services they provide. Anyway, some optometrists and opthalmologists do differ on opinion when it comes to prescribing a type of lens used.

So far, i am glad to say that my grade was from Left: 20/30, and Right: 20/100. Now after 5 months of vision training i already have: Left: 20/20, and Right: 20/25. You can go to the clinic and inquire about vision training. But it will really cost you. A 3-session per week will cost you around 2900-4100.
