RUSH SALE: 1,000++ sq meter agricultural lot but pwede pud residential because a lot of people are already building their houses nearby. the area has plenty of fruit-bearing trees and corn. it's about 60 km from cebu city and about 300 meters from national highway. it's in the poblacion so it's not far from civilization. the road going there is big enough for trucks. there is electricity and water supply. we are selling it for only Php 250/sq meter or Php 250,000 for the 1,000++ sq meters. very cheap gyud. this is a sacrifice sale and can still be negotiated. contact Hazel @ 0922 8022083/0906 2708069.
