POSTING FOR A FRIEND.

I am looking for a book formatter who knows Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Adobe InDesign for the book interior and Photoshop for the cover. I have a few books here that needs formatting. Mostly textual and not much illustration.

Tell me your experience about book formatting and how much is your rate? What is your turn around time for 200 to 400 pages book? My books range from 200 to 400 pages, mostly are novel. Do you have some samples?
